Buckingham Neighbourhood Plan

Tomorrow (Saturday 31 Jan) I will be at the Buckingham Town Council chamber (opposite Waitrose in the town centre) to meet residents and talk about the revised “pre-consultation” Neighbourhood Plan between 10 and noon. Full details can be downloaded from the town council website. I was pleased to provide the council with a logo at no cost during the previous Buckingham Plan project. The round symbol represents the River Great Ouse, with the concentration of the town in the centre.Buckingham Plan

Future road repairs in North Bucks

I spent the morning with the Transport for Bucks local area technicians reviewing some of the outstanding road repairs in my division in North Bucks. We spent time in Buckingham town centre, Moreton Road, Maids Moreton, Akeley and some of the surrounding villages to see how best to spend the limited 2015/15 budget. In the meantime, please report local road defects directly via our new website so our road and pavement condition data is as up-to-date as possible.
